Our Story

In early 2025, Chen Hongwei found himself in a dilemma while packing for a trip. The hair dryer he used every day was too bulky to carry while traveling, too noisy for dormitory use, and too hot for sensitive hair. He realized this wasn’t just his problem—many friends and family had similar complaints. At that moment, an idea came to him: why not create a hair dryer that is practical, reliable, and easy to use in any setting?

On July 17, 2025, TESSONOHAIRDRYER was officially founded. The first step was simple—Chen, together with a small team of engineers and designers, tested dozens of prototypes, experimenting with airflow, motor types, and materials. Early designs often failed: some were too heavy, some overheated, and a few broke after just a few uses. But each setback provided valuable lessons.

From the very beginning, the team focused on three key aspects: user comfort, safety, and portability. They tested motors to ensure stable airflow, selected materials that could withstand daily use, and designed handles suitable for small hands and luggage. Real feedback from friends, students, and travelers guided every iteration.

Over the following months, TESSONOHAIRDRYER evolved steadily. High-speed brushless motors, negative-ion systems, foldable handles, and smart temperature control were introduced—not as marketing gimmicks, but to solve real problems encountered in daily life. Each product reflected practical experience rather than theoretical specifications.

Today, TESSONOHAIRDRYER continues to grow, serving households, hotels, dormitories, and travelers.
