Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During this stage, we review order details, package items carefully, and prepare them for shipment. Once your order has been sent out, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within approximately 13 to 15 days after shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier workload, and external factors.

Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST from Monday to Friday are typically processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Destinations
At present, TESSONOHAIRDRYER ships to addresses within the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not available unless stated during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time
After shipment, typical delivery times depend on destination, shipping method, carrier schedules, and factors outside our control such as weather or customs delays. Tracking information is provided so customers can monitor their package in transit.

When your order ships, a tracking number and carrier information will be sent to your email. You can use this information to track the shipment on the carrier’s website. If tracking is unavailable or delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.

Packaging and Handling
Products are packaged with protective materials appropriate for the item’s size and fragility to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Packaging is designed to ensure secure delivery and safe handling.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a package arrives damaged or appears lost during shipping, contact TESSONOHAIRDRYER as soon as possible. Provide your order number and photos of any damage if applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund according to our returns policy.

Address Changes and Delivery Instructions
Please verify your shipping address during checkout. If an address change is needed after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to update the shipment before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has left our facility. Special delivery instructions, including directions for a safe drop-off location or holding the package with the carrier, can be added during checkout.

Carrier Delays and Force Majeure
TESSONOHAIRDRYER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, severe weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide updates and assist customers as much as possible.
