Refund & Return Policy

Returns:
TESSONOHAIRDRYER accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags. Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted. Replacement items are shipped after the returned item passes inspection. Any price difference between returned and replacement items will be adjusted. Customers are encouraged to confirm availability of replacement items in advance.

Product Condition:
Only new products are accepted for return or exchange. This includes items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify.

Return Method:

  • By mail (customers must contact TESSONOHAIRDRYER for the return address via email; items should NOT be sent back to the original shipping address).

  • Trackable shipping is strongly recommended. TESSONOHAIRDRYER is not responsible for items lost in transit if non-trackable shipping is used.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • TESSONOHAIRDRYER covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

  • Returns for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong selection, preference for color/style) are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fee:
No extra fees beyond return shipping costs.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. Processing typically takes up to 7 days, but may vary depending on the bank or payment provider. Customers will receive a notification once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact TESSONOHAIRDRYER immediately with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for return shipping and any re-shipment fees.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories

  • Requests submitted after 30 days

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
